Rehab to Preminant Loan
Found a loan program where they will loan me up to 75% ARV on a property for 90 days then another closing where they will do a 30 year conventional for up to 80%. I think that two closing are going to add a lot of fees but it looks like if I find the right property I could come out with a fixed 30 year on a rehab with nothing out of my pocket.... Anyone had any experience with this type of funding?
