I run a call center for Real Estate so always curious how other folks are doing.

The court cases are heard in room 1104 or 1106 in daily center.  

Data center investments from Google, Apple, and Switch are also driving the MTR rentals for corporate employees.  

I am looking to diversify my exposure to other cities and I've got a tenant occupied single family home on the east side, on Center St near N Walter St intersection. 10 min bicycle ride to the Alamo.

I dont think the terms allow me to post a link but here are some basics.Has been occupied avg of 17 days per month since Sept.managed by a top tier company and has 4.8 star avg reviews.Also would be a good family home (large private lot, fenced yard, hot tub).It has the benefit of being near Austin downtown, but NOT in Austin city limits (9 miles to city center), so lower taxes and no STR rules (default to Travis County rules).I have read the forum posts for similar situations, however every market is different. 

Are there level 1 trauma center hospitals in your location?

If you're located in a small town, I would suggest putting up flyers, visiting the local community center or create local job postings on Craigslist to gain some momentum.
