@Doug Smith I’m not sure if this will work for you in your situation, but I sometimes use a motion-activated “trail cam” that takes still photos and/or short videos.

All of the examples in the book and practice problems typically revolve around multi-million dollar properties, so it does require some level of sophistication. 

I think what most folks who never lived worked or have been to the Bay Area.. and for reference I was born in Burlingame and raised in Cupertino in the 60s.. industry ebbed and flowed back in the 60s it revolved in the south bay around Lockheed.. 

I assume that it's an analysis that revolves around how much will be the down payment versus how many properties with that down payment versus how many properties will be purchased if it's with just my own cash....Does anyone have any advice to give me?
