It could be out of adjustment or the burners can be sooted up (burns inefficiently).

Sadly between family and my primary job I let Real Estate go to the back burner so I quit growing for a while and lost focus on getting an LLC setup. 

Just wanted to ensure I wasn't being taken advantage of or being put on the back burner because I already paid some $$$. 

The roofing issue seems like something that needed to be done, it was just put on the back burner. 

Plus you will have a $6000 stove maybe with an oversized gas line for the 8 burners, probably 15k to 20k for super fancy quartz counters or maybe concrete poured in place counters.OR maybe its a more modest house with good plumbing, foundation, electrical but still needs some roof, and then everything else inside.

In my experience, usually the burners corrode or the air handler / motor goes. 

You could probably equip it with a kitchenette, countertop convection oven, and induction burners to meet the needs of a studio.

Just saying if you are going to break the law, use a fake company name and a burner phone, haha.
