For physical gold in hand (as opposed to a gold ETF or gold locked away in someone else's bullion vault) if things really don't go your way (wartime scenario) and you need to get out of the country or travel across borders it is a much easier way to carry a lot of cash.

Most hired hands are going to burn out fast after they have to chew out a misbehaving sub the third or fourth time.Let me give you an idea from my perspective -We are a design build firm and handle projects including plans, design, permit, material logistics, payroll, book-keeping, ground/assembly management, scheduling, rescheduling, vendor management, quality control/assurance, and every other aspect of construction.We typically have about 5 'ground active' jobs, and 5-7 more in the hopper in some phase of planning, design, or permitting.To accomplish this, we have a meager staff of 2 designers (one of whom is a 20 year architectural veteran), a full time office manager, a full time site manager, a helper who splits time between being a carpenter's assistant and a gopher for materials, and someone who does scheduling and material takeoffs.

A plumber will have to install the part but you'll at least be able to pre-order the part and have them install after it arrives in a single visit. might help to troubleshoot with customer service before calling plumber.2nd, Buy any simple efficient replacement shower head and replace with that existing shower wand assembly.

Check your state as well and be firm in your resolve.This is a technique I had to learn the hard way...but I never understood how building code "modulars" could be assembled in a factory with all the inspections like electrical and plumbing so I called them and asked how many county building inspectors they had on payroll to build all those homes and they said "None".

The downside is that you pay higher rates and the note will balloon every few years.I have a similar situation where I was re-assembling condos from a failed condo development.
