Not sure if they offer Prelicensing Courses for NC or NY but its worth checking out if you're looking for a self paced option.  

Something but barely matches or keeps pace with inflation.  

And you're considering this just as the pace of condo sales and prices are softening.

Thx it’s in a rural area but is close to a community collage that has the general area growing at a nice pace.

Now, I'm not one to rush to judgments based on one single data point, that would be silly....but it does support other posts advising to think about (among many other things) whether expectations for future growth will continue at the same pace.  

I am wondering why rent rates do not seem to follow the pace of property value increases.

I had created some criteria and a process that I got to put through it paces.

The units were also being upgraded (albeit at a very slow pace).So, as you can imagine I was super excited to find a deal where we could not only improve management, but also increase rents and not have to spend a ton of money to on CAPEX and repositioning.
