In our market, we don't see many wholesaler deals with enough meat on the bone to really make it worth it after the inflated pricing. 

Was a diamond in the rough, had been vandalized but the bones were good.

Not a lot of meat on the bone; but you can always offer less so the deal makes sense (and potential profit).
