i would like to add that i tried cash for keys with one tenant in particular three different times, each time upping the amount..for some reason he was convinced he was going to win 25 grand in a countersuit, so he refused..in court, his attorney made it seem like i kept harassing him to move out..the judge didn't buy it and understood what i had tried to do, but beware if you get a bleeding heart judge!
