Hi All,Anyone local to Myrtle Beach and can confirm the atmosphere of the Myrtle Beach area this weekend?

Has the atmosphere in your area become noticeably more competitive recently?

Im not saying it doesn't work, but when I smell sales gimmick I tend to back away.I appreciate BP for always having an ethical and down to earth approachable atmosphere.

I have a log cabin and people love the feel and atmosphere.

It just pisses people off, and creates an adversarial rather than collaborative atmosphere, more than anything.Frankly, I think the wiser model is just to offer the real price up front.

I think much depends on the market; for example, I'm not a huge fan of regulation, but my local market is virtually unregulated in regards to contractors, which tends to create a very "buyer beware" atmosphere.
