@Michael Slot - Is it cheaper to keep the tenant or to loose them and turn the unit.

The knobs look like little porcelain yoyo's with no slot and tubes are about the size of a bic pen, only porcelain which the wire goes through. 

I guess there are only so many "slots" or agents they allow for any given area.  

The only slot available was 7 am until 9 am before my first meeting.

LOLI would slot "knowing your market" at number 5 (before deciding your niche) and also at number 8.

@Anna Fuchs I would be ok with it, because I know that HUD used the 2+1 rule, meaning 5 for a 2 bedroom (doesn't matter the makeup of the family) Sounds like s lot, but with them not there all the time.

I'd like to take out the mortgage under my name because I have residential fannie mae slots open on my credit (haven't hit 10 properties yet), and the interest rates are lower.

I use some of the real estate income to finance other investments like buying gold and silver, buy 2 ATM & 3 vending machines, raw land for private park slots & learning how to raise capital for more real estate and a business.

I"ve been doing some research and it seems like buying real estate in Vegas or Phoenix is a good deal these days.I've contacted local investment agens in both cities and they have recommended SFH, cash transaction.
