Hey Tim, If you are not using Hospitable yet that would be my first addition.

There waiving regulations that would have impeded it, and are trying to get additional funding to cover anyone who had any lack of coverage. 

So I saved an additional $2500 in taxes after the fact.

This was not what I was interested in doing and when I voiced that I was interested in 5-20 unit deals and had the funding for that in place I just got additional push back for buying the larger buildings.
