For my savvy Real Estate investors out there who have attended the school of hard knocks. 

I recommend attending local real estate meet ups to network with other investors.

Attend rea estate groups here and also on a site called Meetups com.

I wanted to understand how it worked and I found Andy and Keith.I have been attending their live calls and asking questions almost weekly.

I recently attended the 90min course last Saturday, in Nashville TN.

After that, I'm told that The closing must be attended in person, so I guess you'd  better sign a power of attorney over to a family member or friend you trust or,  get your frequent flyer miles up.

I would recommend attending local REI meetups.

I attended a special council meeting last night on the topic.

Follow the advice above and get out there and attend every real estate meetup you can to build your network and learn what is working for other investors in the market.
