For example, on veteran home loans to even rural home loans, the forst page of requirements state no home income generation activity.Landlords and developers will make mass bucks, creating real mix use areas and adding trains, subways, monorails.Homes should have fences for privacy and safety, regardless if mix use or not.

Hi BP members, I'm Jen from Brooklyn, NY and new to BP as well as real estate investing.I found BP through the BiggerPockets Podcast and in the past few weeks have listened to at least one episode a day while riding the subway to work.I currently work in the fashion and entertainment industry and while it is fun, it can be challenging to secure a future in such a fickle industry.I became interested in REI years ago after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad but nothing ever came of it until now.

Pros:1) Its right next to local subway/train station2) Grocery stores (Stop and Shop, TJ Maxx, Chipotle etc) are within walking distance to this place3) Pretty close to Boston downtown.
