Anyone have an estimate on how long it is from application submission to close for a 223(F) new construction project?

He has a very extensive submission protocol that, in all reality, takes a good week to put 10 properties through.

That said, his agent could inform the bank that a higher offer has been submitted and let the bank decide how to proceed with the original submission.

I've included her hoping she will respond and clear it up, I've been looking at them as wellChristi don't think that's correct you have to pay the 3k up front .. you do get their books and tapes.. and you do get a rebate if they fund.. but if you can't find a deal that meets their criteria they keep the 3k and your out that and your submission fee and your appraisal fee and your EM. 

Your initial submission didn't mention anything about what you owned to indeed leverage or take advantage of your situation.

I got a package containing a manual, some supplemental books with links to Internet resources, an audio CD and the account/password to their private-access Website (deal submission online form and other resources, such as basic real estate contracts in PDF format).

HI All, I've been reading BP articles for several years, I love the submissions and input from the different authors, but I have never got in to the forums so I'm not sure if this is the right category but I'll take a shot... be warned this may be long-winded.I have been wholesaling since 2005, it started out part-time while I was working my JOB, and I would close a few deals a year for some extra money.
