most investors have 4 easy mortgage slots and then 6 more to get to 10.. to tie up one of those valuable mortgage slots for 50 bucks I dont get that one..

But if you ever get a damaged piece, you can heat gun it, chisel it out and lay a new piece right in the slot. 

I do not think there needs to be a dedicated time slots for laundry, but this is something you can communicate around having shared laundry area and talking about preferences around times and days.

The biggest impactor is where you've slotted yourself.

I know in Washington state, you can't rent out multiple slots to people with their own tiny homes unless you are classified as an RV park.

Look at 2 to 4 unit building that you can use your mortgage slots for.. cash flow is better and your there to over see it.. nothing worse than being 3 states away and your having issues.
