Movies?

If you want a more concrete list, some of the worst ways to spend money (in my opinion):Going to the movies, buying drinks out regularly, trendy home decor (that will soon be out of style), buying a new car, eating out regularly, impulse buys (of basically any kind, to include travel unless it's an insanely good deal), books you won't read (if you know you'll read them it's fine), anything to "keep up with the Joneses", basically anything that won't last. 

Watch a funny movie, have a glass a wine and acknowledge the things you are KNOCKING OUT THE PARK!

Haha definitely not ready to get married just to make our rent collection and future taxes less of a hassle, but essentially we would like the rental income to be received "on the record" to both of us, if not instead something like an LLC.So you're ready to live together and run your real estate business together, but marriage...it's just too soon.You know those horror movies where Brad and his girlfriend hear the grunting noise in the barn and decide to go investigate together?

I'd suggest making it fun by watching a documentary or a movie showing the process and how investors prosper... and use that to push the conversation. 

There is a small town in southern ca is called Hinkley and it is the subject of the famed movie “Erin Brockovich”.

Christ Has RisenHave you read the books or watch the movies "The Big Short" or "Too Big to Fail"? 

This is similar to the recombinant DNA sequencing, they tried to do in the Blade Runner movie. 

They (whoever that is, it's always a "they" ha) are moving, FINALLY, on building out the commercial plaza / movie theater complex there, and getting it going.
