@Alex LaBelleThis depends - many condominium buildings have sub-associations such as commercial, master, parking, etc.

Would you rent your condominium or any property to a tenant who says upfront that they have no credit history but can show pay stubs that they could afford the rent?

I recently asked Chase Bank and they stated for Townhomes (Condominiums) and SFR, Rate/Term refinance LTV is 80%. 

I own some units in a condominium that includes both apartments in a mid-rise tower and 3 story townhouses.  

I need some information about the Brighton Hill Condominiums as well as general information about the area, rents and comps.Thanks,Courtney

Looks like some Atlanta condo building is fighting its residents over Airbnb ... and this building happens to be a condominium where numerous state legislators own.

The property is technically a condominium.
