@Ian KurelaI have a contractor that will be doing the rehabs for me, not sure if he needs any help but I was thinking something that might be of help to me and you can get quite a bit of experience for how rehabs are and what things cost.

@Ian BarnesI was aware of the crime and puzzled as to why they don't clean up those blocks in pigtown that are problematic.

(About 40 mins away from where I am now) I an intrigued by Asbury bc have noticed a turnaround over the past few years.
