True the new owner will have to start his own account, but he should have a built-in revenue stream from repeat guess that will search for that property by address.

Start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.

Next piece of advice is shop this deal around with someone through the forums or local real estate groups (google for your area).

Then reset your search to 2 weeks out and see how many of them are still available.
