We used the broker Stacksource (found on BP resources) and they found us multiple lenders. 

I have found the JLDs to be mostly from credit card companies and banks, but I am still unsure if that's what I am suppose to be looking for or not.

We dug a little deeper and found out the city had a timeline to expand water and sewer services within 18 months.

I found simply raising rent to the max allowed is better than an eviction they move with out all the fuss  :)

Having the right partners on the design and build is what I have found to be the most important piece of the puzzle.  

I wish I could have found a warning before, but there was not any available.
