Is there room within the units to put the laundry en-suite?

Currently self employed in other en-devours and looking to get started.Nothing valuable to add, but just wanted to say Hi.

My goal is to refrain from using any cash / personal credit / hard money for my real estate en devours. 

It wasn't feasible to run an exhaust vent in the older condo that wasn't built with en suite laundry, so this was the alternative I installed.

Is it possible that the higher earners can actually take care of some work while en route?

We removed a large maple tree in the middle of the non existent driveway, expanded the curb cut, paved the driveway, excavated and graded the overgrown back yard, put a new roof and siding on both the the house and garage, new garage door, new garage door opener, all new electric, all new plumbing, new HVAC, new HW Heater, opened up the floor plan, all new appliances, new kitchen, new hardwood floors on 1st floor, added a 1/2 bath, converted a bedroom into an en suite master bath, installed a basement waterproofing system, brought gas to the property and more.
