Should I provide curtains but then tenant comes in and dislike what I picked?

Agreed they tried this once before and many people disliked it back then...I'm not sure why there is an insistence on 'updating' the format when users have already commented that they don't appreciate the revised format...

(It’s a good thing they all dislike Tennessee). 

I generally dislike bleeping out language as I find it distracting and I'm not offended by peoples words.

You can ask about their work, what they liked and disliked about their previous place, etc.

I really dislike the typical VC construct and feel like it is optimized for the benefit of the VC's entity sponsors and not for either their LPs or company founders. 

I'm a "smart" student (meaning I take hard classes e.g. im taking calculus now) but I highly dislike what I learn because the vast majority of it cannot be applied to the real world. 

(I dislike the word balance).

It's like a nurse who hates sick people or a teacher who dislikes kids.  

I have a house I bought all cash for 310k last summer in the Austin area I was going to use as my primary residence but ended up really disliking the neighborhood/house after 9 months and decided to move and use it as a rental.Took out a loan and got a new home a few miles away, planned to use the all cash home for a rental as we’re in a hot rental market currently as I mentioned.
