every project is different and will take different lengths of time. i will tell you that most rehabs with a kitchen and bath, full paint job and flooring will run past 2 months. its waiting for the contractors if they show, inspections, weather, material deliveries etc.

A flooring guy and appliance delivery guy each gave me their numbers and offer to work for free 'just to be around it' but I didn't call either of them.

Have boots on the ground you can trust to handle the open house, delivery of keys, etc.

And if you're in a big hurry, find the names of the people next door and call a pizza company and ask, if you can pay for delivery of a pizza to that address with a message inside - asking those people to call you. 

They will assemble and deliver. I
