In our area, the tiny salons havent been much affected vs those that have 5 chairs.

The first most important thing to understand is we are living in the Opinion-age, not information, 3/4 if not more of the people yapping on things are not actually involved in the first place, arm-chair-quarterbacks, it's a easy opinion of saying to wait from a person who was not doing anything in the first place.

People thought is was crazy when the tech companies started putting in ping pong tables, bean bag chairs, gaming stations, etc. in their HQ's.

 It feels everyone is starting to scramble to plonk down in a chair before the music ends.

For whatever reason my dining chairs are always getting damaged, and I saw yours and thought they would be destroyed in a minute given how fragile they look.

I was thinking a combo of grass, mulch along the fence perimeter and one or two gravel areas with lawn chairs for tenants to hang out.

But personally I'm targeting the work-cation crowd by simply adding remote work friendly spaces to most of my units: good wifi, a desk with nice chair, extra monitor, maybe a printer.
