I’d like to start with buying/managing our own residence and branch out investing in others from there but my fear is that we’ll be tying up all of our capital and won’t be able to start investing in other properties for a while.

I also pick areas where I see improvements being built in by other investors like big companies , municipalities, or retail chains.

If anything I’m club #walkaway lol, this entire chain of conversation made me laugh.

There’s a former bank branch that I may be able to purchase for really cheap, but have no experience in this or commercial in general.

While you are working on that angle, consider branching out into wholesale deals.

I know advertising, marketing and communications like the back of my hand and I analyze data for a living.I don't have plans to leave my full-time job anytime soon but I'm branching out into new avenues of "passive" income.

I would like to begin branching out into multi/single family homes this year for buy and hold cashflow model.
