In addition, you can also connect and network with other investors both new and experienced. 

Go to local REIA meetings or check on Network tab at the top of the screen and click on Events and see what's going on near you so you can exchange ideas and ask questions of local investors.

I am looking to network with other like-minded people in the area and would love to hear from anyone and everyone!

Maybe you can network with people that are doing deals right now and watch how they go about their process.

So lets continue to network and do more research to further our investment portfolio.

Go to local real estate clubs and events to learn more and to network with like-minded people. 

You should be going on your local real estate clubs and events and networking wherever you go and hanging out with successful people and let them talk and be a good listener. 

I understand the value of networking of course, and meetups, and there are a few that I've found informal (we meet at starbucks every monday afternoon) ... but I'm curious about these membership associations.
