The confusion comes when new dealers/operators think the need an identity to deal in real estate, "I'm a wholesaler, I'm a buy and hold investor, I'm a rehab guy"...... what difference does it make to Harry Homeowner who or what you call yourself?"

Hi everyone I'm new to real estate investing and I would like some help where I can find wholesale property.

Have you started to find properties to wholesale? 

BP is on my daily checklist of things to do.I'm an agent in the Tampa Bay area but send stuff to wholesalers all over Florida and ask them to do the same.

Please no negativity or discouragement just simple clear cut answer, you guys on BP seem to give Wholesalers a really hard time:-) !
