You can pretty well burn your guru library if you want to stay out of legal and tax issues. 

It would really be nice if you could share some of your reasoning behind the vast majority of your statements as they are out of the ordinary to say it nicely and if you have some logic behind them it would be very helpful to the community.

We good guys spend our entire lives trying to stay on the right side of the law and do things right just to see unscrupulous characters live freely in the vast gray between right and wrong, or even being clearly in the wrong with no consequences whatsoever!

You have free materials everywhere including blogs, this website, YouTube, podcasts, the library, etc.

Depending on which it is (Or something else completely I suppose) the legalities and compensation that makes sense will be vastly different.

Just from my observations, a mid-westerner living in Texas, the Texas lending market seems vastly different than the Wisconsin/Illinois market, although my only experiences are educational, and only in Texas for the past three years. 

I receive the vast majority of my rents IN CASH.

I have around 40 in my library.

You can also go to the law university libraries on line and read some case law regarding suits against llc's etc.
