Im actually in a good position for renters - I live in Bismarck, ND and everything is flooding so there are plenty of displaced families and I have an in with the AD at the local university so they always call me when they hire new coaches because they know I will have a place for them to live.

It's a large 2 bedroom and they said they keep it warm, but that might be a combination of poor/no insulation and inefficient heater.A washer and drier are in the basement and both units have stair access.
