In one are I considered, houses near the university were zoned high density, and this restriction didn't apply.

Im actually in a good position for renters - I live in Bismarck, ND and everything is flooding so there are plenty of displaced families and I have an in with the AD at the local university so they always call me when they hire new coaches because they know I will have a place for them to live.

As others have said elsewhere, you don't walk into a party and start asking everyone there for their money . . . . you first try and warm them up.

These warm leads are very important to me and I want to be able to get back to them as quickly as possible.

It's a large 2 bedroom and they said they keep it warm, but that might be a combination of poor/no insulation and inefficient heater.A washer and drier are in the basement and both units have stair access.

I will put a rug in the living room of each unit just to warm it up a bit.
