It is doing really well, and I'm finding that there are a lot of travelers that want to book a rental in the "woods" for the unique experience, and don't mind the 30 min drive to Nashville. 

NJ is good market, but unique.  

One of the hardest things I have found is to balance my style & tastes (This place is cool and unique, I love it!)

It's more affordable anyway and is in a unique opportunity to experience asset growth over the next decade on top of its already high income-generating potential.
