The traffic on Oahu is the worst I’ve ever seen.

If you are going to sell something would you sell it in the centralized marketplace (MLS) or some stall miles from everyone else with no traffic (FSBO). 

That growth has lead to traffic problems.

Still warm enough to walk the beaches, many shops are still open and the traffic on routes 6 and 28 is far less than it is in the summer, when they're clogged with NY and NJ license plates.

In markets where land costs are low and freight traffic is high one can arbitrage the high value of truck parking against the low cost of land and minimal maintenance capex of this model, yielding healthy cash flow.  

Court/Traffic records can often tell you more about a prospective tenant than a credit report!

In addition to the increase in crime, arrests are way down and even traffic tickets are down by almost 20,000 (which cost the city 2 million dollars in revenue according to local news).

I also spend a lot of time in my cars and don't go very far (thanks CA traffic) so if I'm doing that I might as well enjoy it.

It takes me an hour to get to downtown Seattle via the Bainbridge ferry, and it's a much more pleasant commute than being stuck in traffic!

The good news is traffic should be clear and my 90 min commute will reduce to 45min.Also, as people stay in their homes they are going to find things!
