I NEVER and I would not (even somebody pay me) a lease with this property, is a LLC.Now he says that he won't give it back to me, that he will try to get a new tenant by the day I suggested I want to move (on the application form do not states so only on emails -June 1st).

It's always funny to me how some landlords blame the tenant for leaving, blame the tenant for this or that......but they don't realize that sometimes the landlord is the reason that the tenant does what they do!!

The best relationship I ever had with an agent (bought 6 houses from her in 14 months) often referred to me, as did her broker/owner as; "low-ball Adams".As long as you can justify the offer price; "here's comps, here's my expected repair cost" she won't be insulted.

I like to please people so meeting a friend or family member is very motivating to me.
