I know some have reputations of trying to pitch paid teaching/program and such, and I'm trying to avoid these.

I started my career fixing computers, then working at a managed service provider that managed all IT needs for small businesses and startups around the SF bay area, but in my free time I was teaching myself programming until I landed my current job.

My girlfriend also teaches at a private middle school, and so she isn't making a ton of money either from that.

So I will end it with we can agree to disagree and you can continue to do what you do your way and I will continue to educate and teach others there is a better way to do this strategy legally.  

Also people investing out of area are buying cheaper properties usually $150k and less so the agent is making a ton to start especially considering they have to teach you the whole market.

Before and during that time, have owned 2 multifamily properties, one of which has also been my primary residence.Chugging along, that abovementioned biz went under, but since then have been working a self-owned consulting business and teaching part time. 

I've learned a lot in this early stage of my career and enjoy teaching and sharing what information I can, and sponging info from others.

dont thank me, thank frank and dave for teaching me their valuation formula. it was only after evaluating several hundred park deals that Ive committed it to memory in a way that i can look at a park and within a few minutes formulate a snap shot of the parks income producing ability in its current state, visualize quickly the value add proponents and the income increase each of those would bring to ultimately arrive at a valuation to make a offer to the seller.

I should probably say that I am looking for an environment that will support, guide, and teach me as I am learning the ropes.
