Do not push off tasks that could be done sooner.

If you go it alone and submit notices incorrectly, or don't notify him in the correct way, or do any of the other number of tasks wrong you risk making it worse, potentially paying damages, and still having him living there. 

I.E. according to HUD, the animal must “work”, provide assistance, perform tasks or services for the benefit of the person with the disability or provide emotional support that alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of a person’s existing disability.Individual animals which are known to be aggressive are restricted, regardless of breed.

I know I'm out on a limb here but I've scoured the internet to come up with nothing and on the off chance someone has experience with this I could avoid an attorney bill for the sake of my curiosity.

@Lindsay FavazzaI don’t because if I’m only getting 25% of the total rents I am not willing to split that profit with somebody to do simple pArt time tasks like post up notices ,call a contractor and collect my rents .

Those tasks are no fun, but crucially important.For some investors, being an agent brings a good source of side income each year.
