. - On city water I would suspect some type of obstruction in the supply line from calcification, water leak, damaged pipe, etc. - On well water I would suspect, in this order, a bad pressure tank, bad pressure switch, bad well pump.

Supply is low and demand is white hot - and it has been that way for many years.In fact, I sold a SFR rental there for another BPer a couple of years ago.

I see the supply and demand issue as a good bit of them are in rougher neighborhoods and are probably have a higher tenant percentage vs.
