@Kris Haskins  its just another version of the Nigerian prince scams.. run by those who tend to be foreigners.. you can tell by rusty English and unusual wording in sentences etc.

If you have a choice, shop at the ReStore that's closest to a neighborhood with houses the same age as yours - the ReStore tends to have items that came out of houses in the neighborhood around it.I am not affiliated with any companies mentioned.I hope this helps!

@Faraad Mohamed  I tend to always use Kelly Moore "Wise Owl" mixed down to 50% in an Eggshell finish for the walls, and just Behr flat ceiling paint because it looks good and is cheap.

create a Pitt bull only criteria or advertise that you accept them.. raise your rent 30% and welcome them.. insure properly …  in many areas though frankly speaking those that own pits tend to be rougher folks to down right folks you would not want to rent to regardless of what kind of animal they had..
