Any success stories especially around Maine?

Looking to invest in SFH and was wondering if anyone has had success with the BRRRR strategy in Sicklerville. 

On here you will find many "successful" SDIRA investors who have clearly violated the prohibited transaction rules, they just haven't been caught.Essentially if you are looking to invest with a retirement account and you want it to remain retirement money it can work, if you are looking to create non-retirement income or look to help finance yourself it generally will not work.I have probably talked to 50 people about this, 2 are doing it correctly, a couple have disregarded the rules and have done it anyhow, and most everyone else heard a pitch and wanted to make it work when it couldn't work for them...Maybe you can get a national person to do a webinar for you?

We have had great success in allocating utilities to the residents. 

Hey ya'll.Does anyone has success stories with the 30/60/90 lists?

Thought I would share our success so far and some before/after pictures.We purchased our house in an up and coming Clearwater, FL neighborhood that is very close to the Pinellas trail (a great biking/walking trail that runs the length of our county and is a huge feature in our parts) and just 2 miles from booming downtown Dunedin, FL with tons of great restaurants, breweries, shops, and festivals. 

If you look for more singles and doubles and occasionally are able to hit a home run, then, in my opinion, you will win a lot more games (have more success with investing).

I’ve been doing research, looking at pros and cons, as well successful and unsuccessful stories.

I've found that most often, those who do their due diligence, regardless of the strategy they've employed, have been successful.
