I struggled with one board in like early 2000's hoping to get some of like 1/4- 1/2 million into some higher returning investments until we needed it   (with plenty of operating cash) but the best I could get them to go for was CD's.

I'm covering the mortgage but just struggling.

The biggest struggle that I am facing is finding something worth buying.

Even after a year of looking I just really struggled to find an affordable deal near my home(Boston), so I decided to give rootstock a shot rather than be the person who whines about the market being expensive, and then never gets started.

Also, should I need it, I want to be able to liquidate without a huge struggle. 

My issue is that I'm struggling to find them.

I got it a couple of years ago, but still struggle with new issues. 

I started young and struggled with the "age" factor.

I have been struggling with lack of knowledge and the reason why I write this post because I need advice and I have read so many good stuff from BiggerPockets so I guessed it’s the best place to get answers from those who have experienced this. 

If you're going to buy in 2018 like you would in 2013, you're going to struggle to get product with higher prices, higher demand, and lower supply.
