Best way to find local flippers to work for

Hello!

I'm relatively new to BP and excited to find a way to get involved in real estate. I've been working in Brooklyn, NY as a project manager for an assortment of general contractors for the past 5 years. I'd like to build on this experience and learn more about the entire residential development process. As a result I'm looking to find jobs with developers doing residential fix and flips on properties roughly $2 million and under in the city.

My issue is that I'm struggling to find them. I'm able to find listing agents through sites like streeteasy, however, is there any easy way for me to find who's actually purchasing the property, and managing the flip?

Also, is this a route you recommend for someone like me who's interested in getting started in development but has all prior experience in construction management?

Thanks! - Adam
