I'm looking at a SFR home with a section 8 tenant in place and would like to stay, my question is how do I go about acquiring the section 8 tenant would I fill out some type of form to have the payments made to me?

Something interesting I learned last night while planning for an upcoming stay in NYC.

I asked how long he planned on staying. 

Stay away from condos the market is flooded.

I still continue to DCA into my index funds, but this 50K stays as extra money that I can invest somewhere else.

He says he does not want to do cash for keys and he wants to stay in the home.

I know that the money has to stay in the bank for a couple of months if you don't want to explain where the money came from (cash business).So I can have access to cheap money I just don't know how to set up the transaction in such a way that it doesn't appear as borrowed.

I staying somewhere between $50 - $75 per unit.
