Looking at a rather old, somewhat dilapidated property in southern NH that had much potential to be gorgeous… would ultimately live in one unit and rent the other when reno is done.

Seems like there are some real good Southern hospitality there, which I'm familiar being from Texas, but missed while working outside the South for so long.  

My other thought was to get an FHA loan (203k or Regular FTHB) and rent out a room in a standard 3 bed room single family home.My other though: I  grew up in the southern Indiana (Louisville metro area) and I was looking through some listings there and through rent to retirement in Indiana.  

Decided to focus my search in neighborhoods like: Driving Park/North Linden/Southern Orchard.

New SFH's/Condos/Townhomes are already beginning to take over in this area, and is just a matter of time until southern Westminster follows.Thanks for reading!
