Way too many people love and use this, and Google even sort of upgraded that service into a fully fledged MVNO cell service called Project Fi, using Sprint and T-Mobile's networks.I've been using GV for some years now and low it, although recently they've integrated it into Google Hangouts.

But now you've got pressure of a different sort - the cost of a reverse is significant.  

'hard cash' isn't really necessarily cash anymore in real estate, but thanks to latest rei jargon, more likely just short for a private loan or 'hard money loan'. likewise now 'proof of funds' is apparently no longer just that, but just something-better-than-nothing to show in order to get ones foot in the door and/or get a 'cash' offer accepted with some sort of document to support it.. however trivial?

Checking out your profile it seems you want to get into wholesaling; are you trying to lock up MLS properties followed by wholesaling them for a double commission of sorts?  

I dabble in wholesaling and any sort of creative investing.

@Neil G Yes, I was thinking that, I do have an LLC so I would have them written to the business and I will also look to add some sort of mitigating language as well.
