I am trying to find a service that can help me with some skip tracing.

I know an investor that thought he was buying "a gem" and skipped the inspection.

That’s the piece I could see a lot of newbies skipping in their excitement to have a great potential deal.Hope everything turns out well with this project!

Look in the appropriate county office that probably knows who the heirs are or contact an attorney that mIght have the internet people that are like skip-tracers to find out who the owners are.  

Or do too many experienced investors skip inspections anyway?

Are there areas within building to serve breakfast and dinner?

Ever notice how EVERY talk of "eminent collapse" conveniently skips the full facts of things?   

I would greatly appreciate any guidance, I've been watching videos for months and have access to skip tracing and PropStream.

@Michael Ringler there are also real estate websites that can help you identify property owners and offers skip tracing so you can get their direct phone number.   

If there really are no comps, skip it. that's an immediate red flag.
