My husband is a contractor and we have completely renovated two homes one we lived in for 10 years and sold and the second being our current home, which we are considering selling to be able to invest in the real estate market.  

I am simply looking to add value to the process in any way possible and expect zero compensation--only experience. 

Hello, I would like to get some suggestions and advice about a Property that needs a complete Rehab.What are the Pros and Cons to hire different Contractors to perform different work,rather than just one Contractor Company doing the whole Rehab?

Generally speaking on SFR's there simply is not enough equity for the Fed to do this.. they just track the defaulting owner.. the lien is removed from the property after 120 days but its still valid against the tax payor.

The work that was approved and completed before i closed was billed on Aug 9th so now the management company wants to charge me for it.

It's been difficult to find out more about Norther and Southern Arizona, simply because all my searches lead me to finding information that is more geared towards the Phoenix Metro Area.I'd appreciate any guidance in learning more about these markets, thank you!

I'm completely new to investing and simply looking for some general feedback.

Regardless of us having a few items left to complete on the R2R for our new place, we had a scheduled closing date of August 15th on our property for sale and then a scheduled closing date of August 19th to purchase the new home. 

With the other unit complete and occupied, my next step is to renovate this unit and find another great tenant.
