Not all buildings have to be new construction, just look at so many of the older retail buildings in Fullerton that have national tenants, but what owners of older functionally obsolete buildings are doing is completely redeveloping the interior and exterior of their properties to attract a better credit tenant and achieve higher rents.

The new builds attract a stronger and larger-than-normal applicant pool of prospective tenants, which allows us to be more selective in finding the perfect resident for the home.Because of those 2 benefits, we are huge fans of new construction as rentals!
