I own a ground maintenance company and with it's seasonality it allows for a whole winter season to research new real estate deals.Hope this helps in some way.

Maybe it's the season thing.As far as the tax, I think sometime the benefit is also a bit over rated.

It is normal for a house to slightly "shift" during season changes around here, but I don't think things like that are making our insurance rates dramatically more.
