@Richard Mann , what do you mean by "seasoning?"

I own a ground maintenance company and with it's seasonality it allows for a whole winter season to research new real estate deals.Hope this helps in some way.

Maybe it's the season thing.As far as the tax, I think sometime the benefit is also a bit over rated.

It is normal for a house to slightly "shift" during season changes around here, but I don't think things like that are making our insurance rates dramatically more.

Some of these banks have seasoning requirements but most are pretty flexible.

But since none of the rentals will even have 1 year of seasoning, if the income isn't included my DTI jumps to 67%.
