Looking to purchase properties at Colorado public trustee foreclosure auctions which are either held in person or online, but funds/financing for the full purchase amount are due immediately or within a few hours upon close of the auction.Are there any lenders (hard money, private capital, etc.) that provide loans for foreclosure auctions in Colorado that would enable you to finance your bid at the foreclosure auction?
