@Mark Bloom  of course you don't you would not be able to do what you do legally in our state and you guys are the worse of the worseit was a few deals I funded in Dallas and both disasters.. your guys lied about ARV and rehab cost my borrowers relied on it. and they lost all their dough.. disaster.along with that your just reselling stuff that is MLS.. you just tie it up and wiat for the dummys to buy it my guys were dumb enough to deal with you.. hopefully once this upmarket dies down you will find some other victims in some other scheme. 

I would probably consider taking over the seller’s house payments until I could resell the property at sometime in the future.

That’s when an investor buys a mobile home on a rented lot for cash and resells it, offering owner financing to the buyer.The reason I love them so much is they fit into any investor’s portfolio at any experience level.

I will then resell it and make a lot of moola.

Let them know you are an investor and offer them solutions to their property problems by illustrating how you plan to buy and resell the properties through your business strategy.

In some markets you could buy 10 houses for $300K cash while in other markets you would be looking at a 30% down payment.Are you buying to fix and then resell?

@John Pauler,  Nah it's not just in your head, the perception of the creation of real estate with the primary intent to resell is as I mentioned, a slight but potential issue.  

I went back to wholesaling again, this time automating everything I do.Currently, I'm building my cash buyers list for people who are interested in 2/1 properties that are about 900 sqft in areas where you can resell for $180 or more per sqft.

We lost our life savings. what I have seen in the past with other operators that have gone down the D class road and claimed they were C and B  is when they had buy backs they would just resell the home to the next victim.. not truly buy it back.. so what I am thinking is he could not find a buyer and now that many buyers are finally surfacing on BP and understanding the DD one should do and not just blindly trust this guy.. his sales will start to slow some what.. and from what I know the amount of buy backs probably exceeds his capacity to do so..I am so sorry this happened to you.. but Fraud is Fraud.. and if you ever pop on to the very first bP threads bout this company we preached it from the roof tops that the representation that MOrris made was just not reality about the actual assets even if they were rehabbed.. the tenant base is not as he represented and so on and so forth it was all in my opinion either a contrived sales pitch by a very slick salesmen or he is was or is quite naïve or inept and or negligent as in he never really checked this stuff out before he created this monster sales company selling these assets.. then well the rest is just plain bad...
