I got started in the Real Estate world about 5 months ago when i realized that i needed to produce additional income.

I'm the problem and my problem was taking her word too seriously and move too fast without realizing that she might not be ready to do the deal yet.

One last thought, I realize the enormous risk of a flip, that is why i thought it might work to partner with a flipper, It would have to be someone with a proven track record.

What people need to realize is that these sites are all startups and they're going to wax and wane and figure things out over time.  

When I was laid off for the - I don't know 5th or 7th time, I can never remember - again, I finally realized that there is nothing about my "secure employment" that is secure. 

Got to the bottom of the pile and had our two houses and and vacant lots, wrote the checks and realized something:There's NO PENALTY as long as I pay it by the end of January, we get NO TAX DEDUCTION because we take the STANDARD DEDUCTION.

I realize in real estate that you have to remain flexible.First, I thought I could get involved with the investment group called AAA Realty.

I realize that you need to get the land, but what then?

Once you realize that every "bad" or "good" thing that happens to you is your own doing, then you can grow and be successful.

Those people will get out all together (some taking losses but most realizing nice gains) and get back into a more "texbook" diversified approach (until something esle gets hot).Investors that know and believe in RE for the long term will shift their focus but stay w/ it.
