I need to have insurance to protect my investment.  

I finished about 20 videos a few months back, and they were super informative and the best real estate guide for beginners I've ever seen, but then had to switch my focus to something else, and now I've come back and they're gone.How can I access that course/videos specifically?

I would just add to that, when i say jump in the fire always protect your downside and make sure that even if you didn’t get the best deal because of inexperience or an oversight that it doesn’t destroy you.

It was scary at first-we moved here from Ca 6 years ago-but we have come to realize MTM protects the LL.

Would you switch out the flooring for LVP and update everything so it is more modern or would you leave it as is?

- is house hacking not a good strategy if you're needing asset/legal protection?

We feel this is the right amount to protect our assets in the worst case scenario.

I also agree with the folks above, an LLC does not provide you anymore protection then a good personal liability umbrella policy.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it.We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.
